  • Organizing actitities of graduation exams and graduation approval;
  • Verifying certificates and degrees from other institutions;
  • Management of visisting lecturers’ contracts;
  • Transferring graduation grades for students from credit system to school year system when neccessary;
  • Students’ information correction;
  • Class placement activities at the beginning of schoolyears;
  • Management of partnership courses outsides the universities and short courses;
  • Printing of degree and certificates.
